System Rescue is a multi-city technical service brand founded by Vishal Watts, a dedicated technology enthusiast with a lifelong passion for computers, repair, and innovation. What began as a solo struggle in 2023 has grown into a trusted name across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal, serving hundreds of satisfied customers with reliable and professional solutions.
Our Journey
System Rescue started on 1 April 2023, long before the business had a name. With limited resources but unlimited determination, Vishal began repairing laptops, computers, and devices using skills he had built since childhood. A few months later, after deep research and vision, the brand name System Rescue was born — a name that reflects the ability to rescue any technical system, not just one type of device.
In July 2023, after officially opening the first office in Chandigarh, the challenge was survival — no team, no savings, and no steady customers. But commitment, skill, and honesty changed everything.
A simple laptop repair job led to System Rescue’s first major client, thanks to a referral from Ms. Veena Verma, and soon the company started receiving consistent work, building a strong reputation for quality and trust.
Today, System Rescue proudly serves more than 300+ happy customers across multiple cities.
